  Raised in Taipei, Taiwan, I have lived in Greater Vancouver since 1975.

  My previous career was with a major financial institution for 30 years,
  specialising in mortgage lending, personal lending and financial planning.
 
  I began my new career as a REALTOR® when I joined RE/MAX Central in
  2008.

  I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin and I am pleased to assist clients 
  in any of these languages.

  With my of my past career in banking, I can assist clients with my experience
  to assist in purchasing and selling real estate.

My experience will help you make an informed decision about your real estate transaction: from establishing market value, reviewing contract documentation, choosing the right mortgage financing option, home inspection and the conveyance.
